   Emergency Response

   We answer the call and dispatch immediately. When you describe active water intrusion, we treat it as the emergency it is — no wait lists, no "we'll have someone out tomorrow."

   Water Extraction

   Industrial truck-mount and portable extraction units remove standing water from flooring, carpet, and subfloor. The faster we extract, the more material we can potentially save.

   Moisture Mapping

   We use thermal imaging and calibrated moisture meters to map the full extent of saturation — including hidden moisture inside walls, under flooring, and in ceiling cavities. Nothing is guessed.

4. 04
   Structural Drying

   Industrial air movers and commercial dehumidifiers are placed per IICRC drying standards. We monitor readings daily and adjust equipment placement to achieve target drying goals.

5. 05
   Demo & Material Removal

   Saturated drywall, flooring, and insulation that cannot be saved is removed before it becomes a mold problem. We document everything removed for your insurance claim.

6. 06
   Restoration & Rebuild

   Once the structure is dry and verified, we restore — drywall, flooring, paint, and any other structural components affected. One company handles the job start to finish.

Our technicians document moisture readings, extraction records, equipment logs, and photo documentation in a format that supports your adjuster's review.
